  • 1. Why is my email address needed?

    Your email is needed to setup your account, it will be used as your unique identifier, so you can access your breaks, recover your password, and more.

  • 2. Which social networking accounts can I take a Break from?

    You can take Breaks from Twitter and Facebook.

  • 3. Can I take a Break from Facebook and Twitter at the same time?

    Yes. And you can also take Breaks from Twitter and Facebook separately.

  • 4. Can I change my Break after I confirm it?

    Yes. And you can also delete Breaks.

  • 5. Can I add multiple Breaks?

    You can add as many Breaks as you like, you can even set the breaks to repeat at some fixed interval.

  • 6. Can I customize my Break?

    You can customize everything about your Break, from the before-break message to the auto-reply message, and more.

  • 7. Does Taking a Break require a password?

    When you create your account, we will send your password to your email, but you do not need the password to get started.

    No. You have to delete the Break from TaB for the Break to be deleted. You also have to delete the Break from the calendar, to remove the break from the iPhone calendar.

    The minimum length of a break is 1 hour.

  • 11. What is the maximum amount of time I can set a Break for?

    There is no maximum time limit for a Break. And because of the auto replies, you will not risk losing your social networking accounts because of inactivity. You can take a very long break and have a peace of mind.
